Information We Collect:
  • The information we collect consists of: Email Address, Password, User ID, Device ID, Photos, Fitness (Weight), Purchase History, Other User Content (Daily Journal), Other Data Types (Device Information), and Crash Data, all of which are linked to you through your interaction with our application and server.
  • To use our app you are required to set up an account. To do this, we ask you to provide us with account details (Email Address, Username, and Password). This data, and all other data mentioned above, is stored in Google Cloud/Firebase. Google Cloud/Firebase services encrypt data in transit using HTTPS and logically isolate customer data. To keep personal data safe, they employ extensive security measures to minimize access.
  • Payment Information: All payment data is handled and stored by Apple. Apple uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the processing, and the threats posed.
  • Lastly, when you contact Customer Support we’ll collect whatever information you provide or that we need to resolve your question.
How We Use Information:
  • To Keep Things Up & Running: We use the information we collect in order to operate, deliver, and maintain our services. This includes data storage and retrieval of images, weight, settings, account information, resetting passwords, email verification, tracking purchase history, tracking crash data, and sending notifications for App Functionality and Product Personalization within Google Cloud/Firebase.
  • Apple will process your payment information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, and exchanges made through the services.
How We Share Info:
  • Service Providers: We share your information with our service providers (Google Cloud/Firebase and Apple), who process that information on our behalf. We rely on these service providers to store the above mentioned data and to facilitate payments.
  • We do not sell any data.
How Long We Keep Your Information:
  • We generally retain the categories of personal information we collect for the length of time necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations or to protect our legal rights. For example, Firebase stores your basic account details to maintain your account.
  • You may revoke your consent to data collection, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@weightpix.com.
  • New owner: If the ownership or control of all or part of our products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Updates To The Privacy Policy:
  • We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy that’s available on our website. Also, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website’s homepage, providing you with an in-app notification, or email).
